been with 3M for 14 years and it looks like the end is in sight, i have enjoyed my time and am thankful for meeting life long friends. it is truly a shame that the management at the very top have been poor and multiple decisions have been shocking ,

Zoe is full of it, just like rest of HR bots, All of COC do not give two sh--s about 3M Employees, we are faceless nobody's. We are all replaceable and interchangeable cogs in the hamster wheel. Knowledge base and skill, loyalty, it is easily replaceable in all of their eye's especially with cheaper labor. As long as they all get their individual larfe slice of the pie, and there are crumbs left, who cares about the rest.

yes, i am waiting on clarification on the severance and i will post to this site as i see disputing facts, i really have got lucky and have an interview on Friday so although it has been 14 years since my last interview , i can't wait to start over ,
