Only reason for Covidien Purchase was Inversion and stock price!
The big Townhalls begin next week, so maybe we get a better understanding weather your position might be effected or not. April 3rd week or April 10th will be the big announcements on personnel cuts ...IMHO

Not sure about CDM but the CDS (Cardiovascular Diagnostics & Services) OU just learned that it’s being reorganized and will now be a part of CRM. This comes just a few weeks after marketing leadership told the CDS marketing teams that they wouldn’t be affected by layoffs or the reorg… Everyone is now waiting to learn whether or not they still have a job.
