heard many divisions now running into severe backorders. company cut inventory too thin in late Q4'22 to pacify Wall street. now 3M is missing orders to meet Q1'23 as demand returns. that is the kind of short term mentality that current pool of senior leadersh*t have.

My manager tried to bully me into making my local team go to the office one day a week even though they all chose Remote Near. My team except for one said no. Our team is global and when we are all on Teams for a meeting the global members of the team do not feel like second class employees!
