Almost everybody I talked to in the last few weeks said the same thing. I'm thinking that Medtronic might end up losing more employees than they expected - and I'm talking about knowledgeable employees with decades of experience. I'm guaranteeing you that attrition is about to go through the roof.

The economy is garbage right now. Im afraid the boomers bankrupted our future generations and the glory days of having 2 houses, a boat, new cars and trucks off of a relatively modest salary are long gone.

it does seem in the last week more people who were VERP eligible and had said they were not interested are now waffling or even confirming they have picked it. I bet a lot of people on Monday click "yes".
I am stuck with MDT now, because of visa/residency issues. at least i will see what will happen in the next 12 months if I am not fired this year.
Less opening out there looks like. Not sure where we can go to. it is the problem. Hope inflation can be better soon. Hope economy can be better soon. Hope… too much stuff need hopes
