Even the reorg and recent layoff do not affect me, I am so tired of hearing reorg and people leaving……just feel distracted and sad still being here……

It's getting real old. After the upcoming RIF, I think there's going to be a big exodus once people's MIP vesting hits on 4/30. I know my availability/openness to new roles changes on 5/1. I havent even been here long and I've had enough. It's exhausting and the never ending do more with less only works for a short period, which has now long passed.
They reorg all the time so that the public can't make apples-to-apples comparisons of the financials to past years. It's a great way to hide which OU/BU/whatever is doing well and which is losing money fast. A legal way of fixing the numbers to fool shareholders.
