When do you think managers will start telling employees about bonuses?

Mine was exactly what I expected.
They are right on time and mine is really good. They announced the date back in November.
Aren’t bonuses late this year.
@7hue+1lqL0pXT, I think they were referring to you in the other thread when they said a college degree is not needed to work at OXY.
Sorry, no. You’ve got the formula wrong.
Actually it is how it works, it’s called math. We know that each side of the equation is worth 50%. Company performance is 1.75, and you can calculate your overall bonus multiplier. The X variable is your performance. If you need an excel spreadsheet to calculate it, let me know.
Assuming they are still giving bonuses out this year it should be given soon.
Your performance isn’t a multiplier bro. That’s not it works.
What is a good bonus percentage target for the personal performance side of the equation? If you get a "3", what would your multiplier be for that side of the equation. 1.75 company performance x your performance equals your overall multiplier.
I'm offended. I would work for free if only they offered. I love waking up at 5am, and driving 45 minutes to work in Houston traffic. Take your bonus and shove it.
Jealous much? Bitter much?
Money money money. The grubby, blood stained hands of the average Oxy employee.
Range is 1.25 to 1.75 depending on where you fall on the bell curve. Company performance was 1.75 but your rating drags you down from there.
@ipah, you are funny. Guaranteed the Geos were thinking about their bonus.
I was given the details about mine today. I believe managers have until the 6th or 7th to have the conversations. Bonuses aren’t paid out until the 15th this year.
Why is this the first thing you are concerned about? After the "great crew change" ....you need to think about what you will do to take Oxy to "the next big thing". Promotions, raises and bonuses have always gone to the employees with forward thinking.....So much short term thinking on this site. APC became the envy of its peers with forward thinking in the GOM (sub salt), Algeria and Mozambique....Count the BOE equivalent for just these business units....These geotech's weren't wondering about their bonus.
