I was an id--t. Stuck it out in a store I knew was going down and sure enough it did. Figured I would get the severance. I was in the wave that was supposed to. It's been a month and no word. There's not even anyone to ask about it. Don't be stupid like me. There is no reason to stay. No matter what they tell you. Just pick up your toys and go home

Or find a job in a much better company in a much better financial space getting paid more than BBB would ever have paid you and work in a non toxic environment being happy with no fear of when you will be laid off. Really tough decision.
Stay until the end, get laid off, collect unemployment until something else comes up........OR leave now, collect NO unemployment until something else comes up. Easy choice.

Don’t feel bad I did the same thing except for one thing I did not stay to the end I’m in wave 4 and was told last week no severance just a silly retention bonus which was more of a slap in the face, so I put in my notice today and told my DM I finish the week. My DM’s response was not even a two weeks notice.😂
