I doubt if there's any SE could get more silent FU than this dude did by asking a single question. There are more chances he could get an answer if this was asked in a global all hands instead of APJ.

If sanctions happen, and EUC is profitable, I foresee the development will be
moved to...... wait for it..... India.
If anything is moved to India, within 2 years it will be a cratering stink-hole with lower and lower quality tied to incomprehensibly complicated and broken source code patched together in the most backwards ways possible.
Honestly, this is a futile discussion. EUC including WS1, will be spun off at the earliest possible date to recoup some of Broadcoms costs ( as it doesn’t really fit into the BC portfolio). This discussion is akin to rearranging deck chairs on the titanic.
Look what India has done to Pohang Steelers, Amazon, Vodafone and countless multinational firms, every sane company should think twice before investing there.
Depends on the sanctions that the U.S could potentially put in place. Ultimately, it's impossible to predict with certainty, but it's possible that EUC would move product development and support operations to another location if it became necessary to do so.
Is EUC getting spun off? When is this happening? who is buying EUC?
AFAIK there is no change happening at EUC mostly after spin off there might be good amount of layoffs as EUC would be most probably private owned and they will cut deep to maximize profits.
lol even if US do not apply sanctions development would still be moved to India but since EUC is spinning off so no idea what would happen
The company has demonstrated it has no problem firing whole development teams and moving the product to a cheaper geography. If sanctions happen, and EUC is profitable, I foresee the development will be moved to...... wait for it..... India.
