Impossible to sell that site with all that contamination. It’s destined to be Superfund-listed. 3M (or more likely its successor) will own it indefinitely, just like the forever chemicals that exist there.

Has to be spread across the plant. It’s all one workforce so it goes by seniority.
BTW, they are getting out of the HFE business
