So I made a HR complaint. They made me sign a mandatory Arbitration Agreement. Am I at risk since I signed it and gave it back to GT?

Laidoff before I could sign what did I miss. They laid off a significant number of people over 40 as compared to those under 30.
Has anyone NOT signed it and stayed on?
All of us were asked to sign the agreement in the past week or two.
