Would the field structure include HR admin?
Field Structure to get tweaked but the cash savings is in HQ/Sector roles. having 500MM in salaries tell people who barely turn in 500MM in profit what to do = gone.

Any impact to the field structure would self destruct us. L5 thru L10 Managment does all the work. Layers of Directors is the issue roll those salaries into more frontline jobs is the way to win.
