Watching the latest EO townhall. Tireman doesn't look confidence when talking. Keeps holding his water bottle and sipping while answering Q&A. Weak body language.
What’s so exceptional about these new leaders coming in ? any one can cut costs and to be truthful with better finesse. ! 3M basically under values its own employees and leaders since a while now. Wonder why this grossly underperforming CEO is not checked ?
