Please know that most of these top 100 lists are generated from the self-assessments provided by the company itself to these respective publications. Most “top” company ratings for ethics, diversity and inclusion, sustainability, culture and environment, etc. are self reported and are rarely independently reviewed or verified for accuracy.
This is strong vindication for our CHRO. We are winning after all. She deserves a 3 rating.
