There's no position for my (former) manager with the structure changes in marketing .

I'm unsure if I will make the cut next.

Ditto... Same situation here. The way this rollout had gone really promotes a me against them attitude throughout the department. Seems the loudest & bossiest leaders continue to bully others and get their way, along with getting their favorites in key seats. Best of luck to you!

Marketing area always has been a fake joke with lotsa making more money for letting third parties and consultant companies and out of the box ad/Omnichannel cr-p be their whole world.
