Was just told we are no longer sending any damages back to vendor-Dyson, cuisinart, etc. That doesn’t sound good? I’m east coast but my store is NOT on any store closing list.

Terms are not being negotiated .. every vendors wants cash in advance those are the terms . BBB has no power to negotiate anything .

We have no leverage to get good terms on rtv’s because we are delinquent on payments. No big deal in the long run. Makes the process easier too. As is or shove down compactor

Vendor agreements are being renegotiated so damage returns are halted until new agreements are finalized.
