Anyone get stiffed on their Bonuses?

Did anyone get stiffed on their bonuses by pulling the ol "variable" compensation trick? Oh yes! Last year it was 20 but this year ut magically turned to a 5. Hocus Pocus!

Financial statements aren't available until March 1st (NAIC due date), and then printed and published in April. At the end of February they are still being reviewed and adjusted.

There is a scale from your review. If you received a 3, your VC payout should be between 70 and 120% of your VC plan. Do you know what your VC is according to your level?

They say they are an "Open Book", but it is almost March and they still have yet to produce a 2022 annual financial statement, audited or otherwise. Nothing. Not Good. Not professional. Not competent.
