My organization got the all clear and now we're reserving the "layoff room" again all day for March 1. Director level leadership has answered "yes" to the question - are we now needing to layoff more than the original round? We're needing to get to 15% of the salary budget. So we're hearing from leaders that managers are next to go. But individual contributors are also likely impacted.

I assume it's for the organizations that didn't get the all clear from their leadership. If you didn't get notification then it will be a stressful week ahead.
