Do your best and hopefully you’ll be rewarded with >2% raise. Some days are easier than others to be motivated. Stay focused!

I can't anymore. Coworkers take forever to reply. So I've chosen to join them and wait patiently as long as it takes. Moving with slowness and absentmindedness ;)
