Suck it up buttercups. You came here, they didn't go to you. If its that bad quit, I'll gladly take the seniority and the work call. I got a family to take care of. And contrary to what alot of people here spout, whether you want to admit it or not, we have a pretty good gig. Sure we disagree on things, but so far in 23 years my paycheck hasn't bounced. 4 kids through private school, two in college, house paid for, when I am working I am working and when I take off we do whatever the heck we want without having to budget it. My freezer is always full, my healthcare is the best on the planet I feel. If you guys spent half as much time organizing as you do bltching we would probably have had a better contract years ago. Whens the last time you went to a lodge meeting or called your GC or Legislative Rep and asked what was going on. Whens the last time you did anything but cry and complain.
Most definitely !!!! I retired after 40 years service and stayed just for the retirement,for all you people in your 20,s and 30,s you will never draw a dime of it,less people paying in,more drawing out,simple arithmetic,don’t stay for that reason,get out now and have a life
