Corporate America has become a cesspool of incompetent leadership if you can even call it that. It's not just the oil and gas industry it's everywhere. Government has literally driven itself into every business destroying whatever entrepreneurship there was. We are regulated, taxed and given culture classes and all hamper individuals to do their best. It's sad we have come this. It's all diversity and touchy feely gobbledygook that doesn't produce jack. Teams ,leadership heck with bad couches you'll never win. There's more to life than bloated Corporate life. I did get out of it and it's great!
