I was Just told what the 4th wave closing store severance will be. So the supervisors will get $750 , ASM $1500. And SM $2000. No one else gets anything. Thank you for your 18 years of dedication. Here is $40 for every year you worked.

Not false. No severance for wave 4 only retention payments for sups and higher. Closing stores are busting their butts to get through this and high customer traffic and nothing in return. Way to take care of those team members that have been with the company for 10+ years. Many have been there from the beginning at their store and now watching it crumble.
Why did some store get a better severance??

100% accurate. All managers getting less than a paycheck as retention, dollar amount depending on position title. Every day they delayed telling to get ppl to stay longer we knew it was gonna be bad news but still shameful and pathetic.
This is factual information. I had the conversation with my DM and I have to communicate this to all my superiors that they will only get $750 so whomever is saying this is false you are wrong.. Unfortunately BS for real. That’s why they waited to communicate it.
