Dan and Tim sleep well at night because they are not human; they don't have a conscience; they only care about themselves; they don't put their lives in the line but are willing to put others in danger to be a buck. They are truly sorry MF's and they know it.
It is a sad state of affairs when the two most rotten mother f-kkers in the industry are still employed by Chesapeake: Tim B and Dan L., and they are VP's. WTF is wrong with Chesapeake???

TB fired a lot of people who wouldn't drink his coolaid. He solved controversy by firing those that disagreed with him. The truth never mattered; it was only about what was best for TB.

Root cause was lack of any barriers even though there was a two barrier policy. Dan has a long history of violating the barrier policy. The fire would have never happened if two barriers had been installed. Dan approved the inadequate workover procedure that didn't specify barriers. Anyone with experience would have never approved this procedure. Dan is such a FU, that they promoted him to be a VP alongside the other CHK FU's: Tim Backstabber Pigeon, Sheldon RecordBlowout and Bankrupt Company Expert, and David Airplane Who Don't Know Sheet But Got His Job Blowing Nick. You can't make this sheet up.
And not to mention the drunk and the other d--k head had no clue what they where doing. There time is coming.
No what they did was not have a procedure on that job, kept the Safety man PS away from the job and also not having a double barrie. When they interviewed Mr. S he told them exactly what happened and he did not have to be there to know what happen, That's why they fired him. Because he knew everything. Bad mistake on there part. He would lie for no one.
They put the ownership on the vendor, fired the contract safety guy, made their Company man get his own attorney, and never took ownership in all of their own failures of not informing the vendor of their requirements, allowing those non intrinsically safe tools on multiple job sites due to cost, and not calculating the mud ratio correctly to prevent a blowout. Then they brought in pigeon king, the drunk from the Hayensville, and an environmentalist to do the investigation.
Once the CSB report comes out and civil starts filings the truth will come out. Not sure current Sr management realizes they also will be called since continuing to allow these practices to go on with same failed leaders.

Don’t forget that the all mighty Cajun DT along with POS KM allowed in field. When one guy tried to correct things they fired him and tried to ruin his career. When report comes out looking forward to civil trial and watch people volunteering to testify
Four men didn't come home because of Dan's relaxed policy and then TimB covered up the investigation. No charges were ever filed. I see these two at least once per week and I want to throw up.
DanL and TimB are two peas in a pod as they both floated to the top of the company from the same toilet bowl. I don't see how they live with themselves. Maybe they just don't have any mirrors in their homes.
