Expect break to break off offshore wind and sell controlling stake to Goldwind before end of 2023. Offshore is too risky for SS and will allow GE to keep profits from long blade sales from LM through contractual obligations

He made it to CEO with minimal experience, so don’t expect him to respect yours experience, large or smal.

Q3 or Q4 there will be a shake up. I know we are 9 months out but I thought we would have some better messaging and alignment.

Q4 is going to be a mad scramble to the finish line. I wouldn't put it past them to sell off assets as part of the spinoff.

where do you sit dude? Clear from SS's pitch that Vernova must shed like 15% just to make it look good for wall street. No way we make it to independent without dumping the senior workforce and showing goodwill to the global investors.
