Thread regarding 3M layoffs

Monish the carrier of death

It boggles my mind that this clown is in charge. Just look at his public resume. He was in charge of both of two devisions at GE, transportation and lighting. GE lighting has been around since Edison, Monish saw to that being sold to savant systems. GE transportation was also sold under his direction. This "man's" only solution is to sell and high tale it to the next great American company to destroy and dismantle. His education is a business bachelor's degree, the sl--e mold on my shower is better educated.

Since he took the wheel of finances he has managed to lose 50 billion in 3M valuation. So what if this is harsh, his incompetence is worse.

Forget about Mike, he's just a sock puppet is as much ba--s as a Ken doll.

The truth is Monish never had a track record of success in growing a business.

What would happen if you got rid of Mike and left the CEO office vacant? Would the stock have performed any worse?

We’re paying $4 million a week in legal bills.

Why shouldn’t Mike keep his salary as well?

Executives should be able to have their compensation clawed back for poor performance. In no universe is Mike worth the $15M-$20M he has made per year since 2018.

In what way is he a life saver?
Anybody can hack off limbs, sure it might stop the infection but now your limbless and hobbled.

He is consistent I will given him that and to be honest this really rests on the board. They hired him knowing what he does and it's failure on thier part to communicate with the company.

How is this clown not fired? Is the board blind? Problem is, they will get their golden parachutes and the real workers will be stuck with the ashes of a once proud and prosperous company. I'm a capitalist and I believe the market dictates compensation, however, where is the justice for people like Roman and Monish who decimate the billions of lost retirement savings and livelihoods of good people?

AIP numbers are out, don't forget Monish was the architect of the metric changes. They never publish what the targets are (plausible deniability), but he delivered this year with the changes....lowest AIP in history of the plan?

I think the appropriate name is “Lifesaver”.

With all the strong head winds today, none of which he was responsible for, we all still get a paycheck, healthcare, and retirement plan.

Me and my family are forever greatfull! 😌

So the so called college degree determines someone's ability to manage anything? I feel sorry for the indoctrinated sheeples. Yeah black belts and MBAs are the best, but they had to get a paper to "prove" their abilty to manage which is really a personal skill.
