Neighborhoods vs 10000 Energy Drive

If you were looking to lease space would you pick our leftover buildings or 10000 Energy Drive? Looks much nicer than the neighborhoods.

Clearly there is no possible route to leasing the space. It is just a ploy to cause attrition and save money by turning off the power to the mothballed buildings. Pathetic

Do you think they will remove Rex's plaque that says it is all about the people?

If another company leases on Campus, I bet they would not inflict “Neighborhood” Hotdesking on their employees.

Hotdesking with adequate space already owned (and record profits) is clear demonstration of how much Executives value employees.

Southwest Energy only occupies part of the towers. The rest is vacant and available for lease.

Someone’s pulling our leg. 10000 Energy Drive = Southwestern Energy’s Headquarters

I doubt that our Spring campus will offer best in class lease rates compared to 10000 Energy Drive.

10000 Energy Drive is a 10-story Class AAA office building located in Springwoods Village, a submarket of North Houston, that offers sophisticated users best-in-class
office space and amenities. The 590,000 RSF building is LEED Gold Certified and was designed to an unparalleled standard by Gensler. The building was open in 2015
