MIP

Any rough guidance around what level of MIP we may be "gifted" by the board?

Even in the terrible Great Recession years and with Bill Hawkins as CEO, we got about 50% MIP.
It was a surprise as we should have gotten zero.
The execs want their checks.

MIP varies based on your OU or global function. Each one will be different. Would be lucky to get 50% in my opinion.

Better not be. GM emailed the whole company so they better scrape together more than a few pennies. This place is turning into a dumpster fire.... Fast.

I assumed most of the MIP the board approved was going to executives, no?

At least it's a small bright spot to hopefully look forward to.

Who do you care about MIP so much? It’s hardly $10k-$20k atleast if you aren’t a director or a VP

We should Be lucky to keep a job until then with the way Geoff it running the ship
