Jeremy will be the first CEO fired from HyVee. We all know HyVee has failed under Randy’s leadership. Randy has made Jeremy the new CEO while he is still in charge. You know Jeremy can’t make any big decision with out Randy’s approval. Jeremy is just running Randy’s play book. He’s a puppet for randy and that’s why he got the job. If Jeremy really wants to be the real CEO he needs to get rid of randy completely from the company. Jeremy will continue running Randy’s play book until HyVee fails. Once they fail randy will fire Jeremy for failing even thou he was just executing Randy’s playbook. I’m sure Jeremy is intelligent enough because he has made it to the top. Now he just needs to break free of Randy’s mind set of terrible ideas. Deep down Jeremy knows what he must do to right the ship. Please JEREMY GOSCH do the right thing and get us back on track. We believe in you but won’t support you unless you get rid of randy and become the real CEO we deserve. I don’t won’t to see anymore videos about randy ever again. You can’t have two heads on a snake.

Looks like randy is afraid to go down with the ship. RANDY WILL NOT GO DOWN WITH THE SHIP. I REPEAT HE WONT GO DOWN WITH THE SHIP. He wrecked HyVee and now he is running to the life boats ahead of the women and children. That’s the type of guy Randy is.

Hy-Vee recently handed off its CEO role: from Randy Edeker, who held the role for over a decade and who will continue on as executive chairman of Hy-Vee’s board of directors, to Jeremy Gosch, former president and chief operating officer at the company. This is another article quote for the news paper. Randy isn’t going anywhere. He is still the lead guy.
Randy is still hanging around dude. “Jeremy Gosch will remain president and chief operating officer, overseeing all retail operations. With the succession, Wiese and Gosch will continue to report to Edeker,” This was pulled out of the news paper article. I’m glad you don’t read the fine print.
Randy has announced his retirement. Glad the leaders of your store have communicated this with you. Maybe the problem lies within the weeds.
