Company needs to have a series of small new product wins to boost morale amongst all the negativity from share price, leadership, cost & headcount reduction. A series of small wins helps motivate much more than one large win. This has been the message from many coaches and motivators around the world. Why can't the company see this and instead only want $30M minimum new product sales in the 1st year?
More good people are leaving this month. The good ones leave and don't bother waiting to be made redundant.
Make good stuff, people will buy.
That's how this company survived 120 years.
