Farley is biding time to replace Buttigieg as Secretary of Transportation. There is a reason that the government is supporting Chinese battery suppliers moving to us and the renewal of EV tax credits. The battery plant in MI cemented the deal.

It frustrates me so much that the Ford family continue to hire one corporate psychopath after another who comes in, causes untold damage and leaves with no accountability and nobody speaks up at the total incompetence and blindly follows the BS !
Farley is also a sociopath, making him very dangerous for Ford. His delusional sense of grandeur and lack of ethics has created not only a toxic workplace but inferior vehicles and products. Adding insult to injury are the inferior leaders. Ford Next's Louis Victor tops the list as well as his directors, Mor@n and Mos3r. Billions of dollars wasted with nothing to show. Baumbick was set to fail unable to contain all the poor execution issues. J Park is unable to deliver digital products. Research who Ford has hired from the likes of Renault, Hewlett Packard, Google. They all failed at their previous positions and continue to fail at Ford. If the Ford family doesn't course correct hopefully the shareholders will demand change.
