Why are these town halls held when the store employees can not participate? How are we supposed to watch the town hall at 3:00? We have to be on the floor because we have no staff!! How about having these on a Sunday evening when EVERYONE can attend? Oh that’s right, corporate people don’t work weekends.
Did they say anything about severance in the town hall?

Exactly , they are leaving their loyal associates out to dry. Don’t worry though, the most recent round of corporate layoffs got eight weeks severance according to reports on this board. Waves three and four we’re announced before the most recent round of corporate layoffs.
Then you log in and see That they are shipping more new seasonal banners. How about we use the ones from last year that you told us to save and we pay a few folks some severance. Absolutely ridiculous
Your responses go to the same place as the pos down emails and supply orders.
The thing everyone should note is not the content in this meeting but rather the last round of layoffs got no severance. Ask yourself is staying and dealing with all this garbage every day worth to be suddenly let go one day and get absolutely nothing. For anyone staying that is reality, BBB will not be around much longer.
You know how many questionnaires, I’ve given this company? When will you guys realize THEY DO NOT CARE? Does the company still provide HEADSPACE?
