🤡Quiet Quitting Regrets?

It’s performance review time!

Thank you 💯% for making me look good!

I go to the office everyday, so engagement was off the charts.

Got a 2% raise with a blue collar “3” rating, which my supervisor said would have been a 3.8 if fractions were possible.

🙃it’s not too late to start doing your job!

The "bell curve" quota system makes sure they save an exceptional rating and $10M for themselves after giving cr-p 2% increases to the rest of the company.

They might be hiding in their basement, but they're still working as hard as ever to drive the company into the ground. Worthless c0ck$ucker$.

What about Monish and Mike, do they get a rating?
Seems like they have boarded the quite quiting train as well.

The fact that you think there's a performance rating >3 shows that you're not a current employee.

Going to the office doesn't make you better or more engaged than others. What did you do to deliver more money to 3M? How much cost savings did you deliver? How much new growth? Doing your job well is the expectation. Congratulations for meeting that expectation, it's a high bar.

I do think 2% is insufficient this year - that sucks and won't do anything to keep good people.

This post is comical to me.. so what you are saying is people who work with team members outside of the US only do their jobs if they go into the office because teams meetings are more effective from the office!? Some jobs 100% require onsite employment, it is not a one size fits all.
