I've heard that COP is increasing the % of RSUs by approximately 2.5%.

Poster 2 back is incorrect. I am for the first time ever getting RSU when my rating was a 3. I have only ever previously rec'd RSU when differential rating.
@5dmf+1lcyC5Wt : I’m not so sure about your spoiler alert. My RSU percentage definitely increased and I just met expectations.
Spoiler alert: they didn't. RSU % remained the same for exceeded expectations.
I think its great that more sgl will have access to rsu even wothout a 1 or 2 rating. I'm surprised how little fanfare went into it.
