Anyone fully understands how this new organization will be improved from earlier Advanced 3M structure?

Surely the “ These are changes which improve alignment and efficiency” post is sarcasm, right? I heard Lumbergh’s voice (Office Space) when I read it, and actually laughed. Do any of you downvoting it really think it was an attempt at a serious reply? Surely nobody could be stupid enough to post that authentically, right?
Would be good to know what they actually are unlike the ridiculous comment below. You sound like one of them.
