Hate to break this to you. But news is ever going to come about this. The company has no money. Any money they have received was to pay the 2022 bills and loans. It’s over and been over since MT took over. Hedge funds are now in charge of the company. When was the last time hedge funds looked out for the everyday worker. Put in your notice and find someone stable.

There is going to be no severance for waves 3-4 or any future waves. They took it off zip line and told wave 2 stores not to discuss with any other closing stores. They just want to buy time to use us as long as they can. Anyone with any common sense is looking and interviewing now and will leave as soon as there is an offer.
Their plan is the same as always squeeze the stores for more performance to save this train wreck. Read new zip line message DM’s are to pressure you to increase rewards+ and conversion you in turn monitor hourly and squeeze your people to meet goals.
I for one am glad the clock is winding down working for these id--ts. Wish me luck on my interview tomorrow

Hope she mentions something about severance cause if she does there’s going to be a mass exodus as that is the only thing keeping people around, including myself.

@pip+1lcIsxWE Want to believe in what exactly? Are you one that is left that thinks there is a future with BBB in it? This meeting will be nothing more than to assure associates they will turn things around trying to prevent a mass exodus. She is hoping there are enough people left that actually believe in that to stay. The smart ones have already left or are actively looking for employment elsewhere. History here dictates nothing they say is true. It also shows BBB will be a memory before 2023 is over.
Hopefully, it's to announce the someone will finally come out to repair our Amigo electric go cart. But probably not...

The last one was great but they did nothing they said they were going to do.
She will probably introduce Shawn the new BBB cheerleader/VP who was hired at 750k. But that’s ok. Yet we can’t order cleaning supplies and toilet paper. And at my store we have 3 service tickets out for repairs for safety issues that are severe but no one has come out in weeks to fix.
I want to believe but the outlook is so grim. Best of luck to all.
