This program is fleecing the customer because they will NEVER realize THEIR expected value!! This Is SSSSOOOOO UNETHICAL!!! There will be no BBBY after 7/23 .. So lets push more great customer service at the expense of the customer

Totally agree. Have never sold even one since we ALL know they will not get a years use out of it. Will not sell a single one. No way, no how. Welcome rewards? Sure but not the plus.
If they may a 200$ purchase it had paid fid itself

Recently left the company after many years and visited my local BBB less than 2 weeks ago, employee pushing for me to get the welcome rewards (which I didn’t) next day their store closing sign was up in the window. Closest store is 300 miles away and it’s the only one in the state now! LOL
