Does anyone have details on severance package yet?
If I started at Change less than 1 year ago, would I even qualify for a severance package?

I got half a years pay, but I was there over 20 years.
I heard that people there less than a year got 4 weeks
Not sure but it seems not everyone's package is the same. Some people said they get 2 weeks per year...others say they got 1 week. I personally know someone that got less then a week per year so who knows at this point
More than likely you will get 2 weeks
