They’re moving the car shop from Palestine to San Francisco per UP senior management’s preference.
Has UP given the car shop a close date yet?
Case was presented to US Supreme Court and they refused to hear it . Palestine lost case . Now it is up to God to let Up reap what they have sown in dishonesty by cheating the town. We all reap what we sow into our personal lives too. Whether it is good or bad things. Life is good as a believer in Jesus .
They are going to cheat the town by breaking their agreement that was signed in good faith many years ago. So unethical by this company, but to be expected. They preach company ethics and will let you go for a small violation, but when it’s to their advantage they simply unleash their attorneys and find a loophole to put more money into their pockets. This is the same as stealing and should actually be prosecuted.
It is sad that a company is so dedicated to eliminating your job that they are willing to repeatedly take it to court.
