It's not that there aren't any talented employees left here, but this kind of management will soon drive away the remaining talents and dead wood is all that will remain at Ford. Is this really what the management wants? I don't think so. Maybe they think that capable employees who leave will be easy to attract again? Perhaps, but it is much likelier that they have completely lost control over the workforce......

Take a page out of the Tesla book. It's gotten so bad that you are forced to sign a no class action document before you buy one. How long have they been trying to make a good product? Ford, Chevy will fail even quicker. It now costs more to charge a vehicle than it dies to fuel up at 7 dollars a gallon.
What you are witnessing is pure apathy. So many people are disengaged and not doing useful work that contributes to the customer experience. When you silence employees through forced attrition or neglect the outcome is never good. There is no procedural justice anymore, merit does not matter, knowledge/wisdom does not matter (it did somewhat before but now it is 100% politics). Do not be reliant on this company as its days are numbered. There are companies that are executing much better than us, they will eat our lunch.
@1ezi: It's a 'cultural thing'. If you want to get ra--d and robbed - Go to D-toilet.
I thought Ford cares about the environment and was an example of environment stewardship….why are they now going to destroy a perfectly good community and land in Marshall michigan? To build an earth damaging battery plant. There’s a lot of property in Detroit no one is using.
Oh well. Just buy our evs and shut up
