i agreed. Xerox ruins everything it touches. I was fine at GIS core, until service got transferred over to direct. Now we have triple the workloads with even less techs. before the massive layoff last year we had 11-12 techs combine with direct, now we had just 3 techs left. i am not surprised that our customers are leaving to different vendors, due to lack of services and support.
