Having in mind some of the characteristics that a typical leader or leadership is supposed to have, one could easily conclude that we don't actually have leadership here at all, but highly paid people in the highest of positions who constantly make terrible decisions.
Maybe the question is naive, but I'm really interested in why we are always the ones who get cut every time they fail, instead of finally getting rid of those who contributed the most to the company's downward spiral?
