None are being replaced and we are left to do the work of 4 people.
Why is Belk not hiring

Our store ALWAYS has the “Come Hang With Us” banner prominently displayed at the store’s entrance. Every few weeks HR will host a job fair on a Saturday morning with refreshments. This goes on year-round. Rarely do they hire anyone new.
Why? What’s going on? Is it merely for the sake of appearance.
