Margins and cost cutting

Come on guys, what is wrong with you? Wasn't the motto "do more with less" inspiring enough to get you to increase our margins? Do you really expect that is up to the leadership to tell you how to do that? That's an individual responsibility! Management is there to inspire and for pep talks like a coach but then you guys really deserve to be laid off due to your poor performance. As usual the persons at fault are the mindless minions at the lower end of the food chain. We also told you just now to look at increasing margins and cutting costs. Why the he-l are you not doing this and make us fail? What's wrong with you people? You really get me! Watch out as behind the veneer or my DI posts and inspirational messages on LinkedIn, I am very temperamental and will not hesitate to protect the ones I get along with and shaft the ones doing the job if I don't like them for whatever reason.
