I intend to leave, but I'm sad to see what a once great company has become. I think that X needs a better leadership with a vision, however sometimes I think that it may be too late for this company and that now not even a miracle can help it get back on track. Admittedly, maybe there are those who think they know how X could make a big comeback?

Xerox gets everything it deserves as it sinks lower and lower..Inane management from top on down, no new products , lack of innovation , dismal engineering and outsourcing key jobs to,
Guatemala,Philippines,India…Buying ACS and getting in bed with HCL…all of which has led to lower and lower earnings, customer dissatisfaction and
loss of good employees to competitors.
Our XBS core president is glorified sales manager, no leadership beyond selling. our ops leader has more knowledge. still no leadership exists here, its a shame. no one cares anymore
If there was a contest for extremely bad ideas, i think xerox would win hands down
Between SNow and CareAR and outsourcing to Pakistan, and then the mass exodus of employees, xerox gets my vote for most out of control, insane and clueless organization in the service industry.
Go Woke …then you folks go Broke.
Auto pilot only works when there isn’t a 12,000 foot mountain ahead of you, and enough fuel to change course.
At this time…..you have neither.
Hope you packed your chute, as even from here, it’s a Long Way Down. 🪂
Xerox still very much a benchmark, just not a good one. Similar to the bottom of an elevator shaft as a benchmark.
Really hard to believe that a once great company could sink this low…The Cadillac of the industry is no more. Using one of management’s favorite words we are no longer a “benchmark.”
No cookies in conference room …how rude
No saving this Humpty Dumpty
Even the mafia says they couldn't afford to treat their customers like we do.
CareAR has saved the customer base. Hi Mr Customer, not only will your service fees increase, you are now able to use your work time to troubleshoot what you pay Xerox for. Win Win.
What an unbelievable waste of time.
Their saving grace was in trying to acquire a viable product in the acquistion of ACS that was miserably handled by Ursula. They used Xerox to pay off all the lawsuits from ACS's mishandling of the health care exchange websites and red light cameras, left Xerox standing on stilts and then broke off the company. Maybe that was always the intention. Like all venture capitalists, they sell off all the assets, take all of the profits, underpay employees, skimp on clients, take on loans that the company can never keep up with and leave them teetering on the edge. Icahn and his ilk are never about making better companies. They're terrible for society because they are purely about profit for a few at the expense of tens of thousands of workers, vendors, manufacturers, and clients. We, the taxpayers ultimately have to pay for their out of work employees after their 2-8 and sometimes 12 weeks of severance is up. There has to be a better balance. Society cannot afford to have this level of unchecked greed. It did use to be a great company though. I hope it somehow survives. But you can't put out IRIFs quarterly for 10+ years, outsource/offshore/nearshore everything and expect to keep your best talent.
Seriously??? You people still work here?
I didn’t think anyone with an ounce of integrity would still be employed here.
Just remember, once they let you go…the world needs ditch diggers too.
Course if you stay here, you’ll be one step ahead ….digging you’re own grave.
You decide. Or better yet do nothing.
Huh?
Good luck. Congrats on escaping the dumpster fire.
Dear Diary-
I am a troll and love to create useless posts daily pretending I am multiple employees. People think I’m smart but I’m really not. Mean Xerox will learn their lesson by me posting on an obscure website. That will show them.
Sincerely,
The Midwestern tech
Yes, we are just waiting until you leave so we can get back to greatness. Please hurry and pack your bags. Nobody needs the whiny drivel in the meantime. Save it for your future manager
