It would be one thing if they were saying “We know times are tough but if we stay strong and follow the plan better days are in sight”. The reality that is becoming more and more clear is these id--ts don’t have a plan, let alone one they would ever dare to share (because they would be laughed out of the room). Just reorg and place blame on others until you can jump ship with your golden parachute. This is how the company is now managed and will continue to be because it works wonderfully for them. At least Geoff can afford a new Rolex come May 1st.

For the 483s, search the Medtronic intranet for "483". There's a document called Northridge Mar-23. I think this is what you're looking for. I found it by accident recently.
are the new letters posted anywhere? want to see what the new findings were
What do you mean Diabetes got 3 more 483s? Was it from the audit that just happened? Do you think 780 will be approved any time soon?
Seriously, that attention seeking , 12 year old looking GI CMO needs to be fired along with Sally Saba and rest of her cult team who does nothing to help our therapies or patients.
Oh and yes, after spending millions of dollars and hiring new management, Diabetes ended up with three more 483s after the recent FDA audit, that’s the reality of Geoffrey’s Era. All talk, no action
leadership formula is basically...ignore all the bullsh-t going on and the stock price and the lack of innovation and the layoffs and the backorders and the recalls and the 483 letters...ignore all that
but...
have you seen this shiny new video game where our 12 year old CMO competes against our frat boy CEO?
have you seen this shiny new dialysis partnership?
have you seen these 2 businesses we just jettisoned that we claimed were such amazing value when we paid 42B to acquire?
have you seen this shiny new black (I REPEAT BLACK) chief communications officer that you NEVER hear from EVER?
have you seen our christmas event where geoff awkwardly makes jokes and tries to be human while pretending to have deep and meaningful relationships with patients who he has clearly never met before the event?
have you seen the close up of the shiny rolex geoff likes to wear?
focus on those things. fk the performance
