Is there actually any money to fund a relocation of the HQ and staff? I'm guessing no.

275 makes the most sense, stand alone facility that was designed for the HC sector. Relocation could come later with an acquisition by J&J or someone like that.
Hopefully they move out of MN. Between the taxes and the bad association that comes from legacy 3M, a clean new start would be best.
The HQ will be in another state. It just hasn’t been announced yet.
They are renting building 275 and it will be considered a soft spin. Why they are even spinning at this rate makes no sense considering this is a shell game to hide money and assets from litigation.
