Upside-down logic. Hierarchy based on bizarre unwritten rules, not based on talent, intellect or real experience. Outside of Avaya you actually see that logic, talent, training and real experience is not only required, but recognized. Inside Avaya people like selfie clown are allowed to behave like they are some sort of thought provoking intellect who is about to publish a book on wisdom. Outside of Avaya real talent actually earn real respect from real clients (not channel partners who play along just so they can keep collecting their marketing dollars)*
