The RNE&O VP was playing the tiny OPEX violin on a one day notice all hands last week and indirectly stated we are going to lose people. When asked about layoffs directly she stated “we’re all OPEX, but just trust in God to get you through”. It was good timing with the $1.4B spent on Mint, all the people partying at PEAK in Hawaii and the upcoming Q1 “Best quarter ever” speech by numbnuts Sievert trying to channel his inner Legere.
Check other posts...there were layoffs in digital
April 4th business day has now come and gone. Internally no layoffs completed. So thanks to the no name numnuts that post on here for inspiring panic.
Today is the day, let’s see
Be patient. And enjoy the layoffs
Doesn't matter if this is april fools. Layoffs are coming next week. Read the april 5 and april 6 post.
Damn that was savage! SMH haha
April Fools!
Just shows what kind of garbage SLT is running this company when all the cuts are frontline employees that are the reason they even have a service/product to sell. They don't care about people, employees or customers, just grabbing their money. T-Mobile is just a soulless legal entity, Corporate culture starts at the top Timotheus Höttges, Mike Sievert. Sure you might be making money but I assure you it at the physical & mental health of the people who do the real work.
All switches will have 3 techs? Field techs 25% reduction by market or nation wide reduction by 25%?
