Op, if not acquired and company can do with 40% cut, why would Broadcom do only 25% cut?
How did you come up with that number? Layoffs will not happen en masse if acquisition doesn’t go through. MD will look for a new suitor and that drags out the process again. We go on extended vacation first before the layoffs happen with the new acquirer.
