Its crazy that customers will ask if we are closing in absolute disgust, then proceed to tell us that they hope we don't close because they love us. Well you sure aren’t showing the love asking me if I’m gonna lose my job Karen!

I’m sure they’re just reflecting the way they are treated by BBB.
A few of them care about you personally and you will always like the ones you know. They aren't the type who would get PO'ed in the first place. The key is what emotion they lead with.
