I think it's funny that mgmt is still trying to manage by fear. They are completely detached from reality. How can they not see that people are no longer afraid for their jobs here because everyone already knows that the grass is greener outside?

The employees rhat cared about the company were laid off. Now your entire work force is not vested in the company. Threats against employees no longer work, they can just go somewhere else. Terrible management, really its incompetence.
